- ebargainpc.com will replace
any item if it is found to be defective within the warranty period
as described in the item description and our Warranty Policy. The
warranty period is effective from the date of purchase. ebargainpc.com reserves the right to accept or decline RMAs
after 30 days.
- Products returned for any reason
other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as defective must be in
resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must
not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been
opened or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused.
- Unauthorized returned products may
be returned to you at your expense or ebargainpc.com may,
in its sole discretion, issue a credit for the last purchase price,
or the current price or the cost of goods less a 15 percent handling
fee.
- All orders that require
configuration or assembly of product to meet customer specifications
are non-cancelable. These orders are custom built to meet a specific
customer's need and may not be canceled. The customer is responsible
for the full payment of the order once a purchase order has been
sent to ebargainpc.com.

- Any item being returned for any
reason other than defect will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- If a replacement cannot be provided,
a suitable replacement will be offered to the customer. If
suitable replacement cannot be found, then a refund will be given.
- OEM processors carry a 15-day ebargainpc.com warranty for exchange only and DO NOT carry
a manufacturers warranty. All OEM Processors must be received with
in 7 business days, of RMA issue date.
- Software & Boxed CPU’s are
non-returnable, please contact manufacturer.
- It may necessary for some items to
be returned to the manufacturer for service, repair or
exchange, at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- The cost of shipping the return lies
solely in the hands of the customer. No refund will be issued for
the return shipment.
- RMA numbers are valid only 15 days.
If your number expires please call to have another issued. Please
return your products in a timely manner.

- There are different return types:
- Replacement
Returns of Products Damaged On Arrival (DOA) - If you have a
COD account, ebargainpc.com will ship the replacement
product as soon as the damaged product is received.
- Cross-Shipment
of Return Products - If you have a credit card, net-terms
open account, ebargainpc.com ships the replacement
product immediately; you ship the damaged or non-working
product, and the packages cross in transit.
- Credit Returns
of Undamaged Products - Credit returns may be available
depending on a variety of conditions. You ship the product; when
it is received, ebargainpc.com credits your account.
Custom configured products cannot be returned for credit.
- Your account must be current to
receive an RMA number.
- Refused orders may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
