Refund Policies

• Products returned for refunds that are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Refunds are not issued for any shipping charges.
• Refunds are processed within two weeks of receipt of returned product.
• Refunds are credited to the credit card that the original charge was made or a company check is issued. All checks are mailed via USPS First Class.
• Special orders, memory, boxed processors and notebook computers are not refundable.
